Directions for use
Take one capsule daily, before or after a meal. The product is suitable for long-term use. The capsule contents may also be mixed with food or drink.
Do not take OneBiotic with alcohol, hot or ice-cold drinks, or food, as this may reduce the efficiency of the healthy bacteria.

Probiotic Blend (200 billion CFU) (Lactobacillus reuteri, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Bifidobacterium infantis, Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus acidophilus), Inulin, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule).
